Coviu is excited to announce our new partnership with language services provider, 2M Language Services and 2M lingo™ to provide time-critical language access to healthcare. 2M lingo™ by 2M Language Services is an embedded application that provides seamless, in-app language interpretation for Coviu video calls with the click of a button.

It has been another exciting month here at Coviu headquarters. Thanks to you, we have now achieved over 7 million consultations globally via Coviu! This is a testament to how far telehealth has come since the pandemic and how beneficial it continues to be post-pandemic. Whilst the adoption of telehealth continues to grow, it is our mission to continue to be a catalyst for life-changing care anywhere and educate healthcare workers and patients alike about the benefits telehealth can provide. We continue to innovate and are excited to share with you some new features coming to Coviu next month! For now, we dig into some product enhancements and what we've been up to the last few weeks. Coviu uses AWS to support delivery of the Healthdirect Video Call service, facilitating telehealth consultations for thousands of healthcare practitioners and their patients every day. Healthdirect Australia manages the Video Call service and partners with Coviu’s telehealth platform, which runs on AWS and features Amazon Machine Learning, to enhance healthcare consultations through integrated video and clinical tools.

As we enter mid-2022, with the winter season upon us, it is almost impossible to believe we have finally made it past a time of lockdowns and tight restrictions. And whilst we seem to have escaped another iso-winter, it is great to see the uptake of telehealth still on the rise. Prior to the pandemic, many people didn't even know what telehealth was or the amazing benefits and convenience it provides. But now, with more and more providers (and patients) embracing digital health, we at Coviu continue to innovate and advance our technology to make it just as good as being there in person. There is so much we can do in the virtual care space and we are excited to take you along the journey with us.
