Can I use the same Coviu phone number across multiple clinics?
No. Each clinic must provision its own dedicated phone number. This ensures accurate call routing and secure, clinic-specific communications.
Does Coviu Phone support voicemail and after-hours messaging?
Yes. You can configure voicemail and recorded messages for after-hours calls, ensuring patients receive clear instructions and can leave messages when your clinic is unavailable.
Can multiple team members join a Coviu Phone call?
Yes, in most cases. Multiple Coviu users can join a phone call through the Waiting Area, although this functionality is still being refined. Outbound group calling is not currently supported.
Does Coviu Phone work in an emergency or during internet outages?
No. Coviu Phone requires an active internet connection and power. For emergency situations, patients and providers must use traditional landline or mobile services to contact emergency services.
Is my Coviu Phone number private and secure?
Yes. All calls are made through your clinic’s Coviu number, protecting clinicians' personal details. Data is handled securely, with temporary call logs stored by our provider, Twilio, for quality and support purposes.
How much does Coviu Phone cost?
