The Tonic App is a new and engaging alternative to playing music in the waiting room with video content specifically curated for your clients. The video is regularly updated and creates a safe and relaxing environment before the consultation begins.

How to Install

The Tonic Virtual Waiting Room Video is already installed on your Coviu account!

To enable, follow these steps:

1. Head to the 'Configure' tab located on the left-hand side of your Coviu Dashboard navigation bar.

2. Once in Configure, under the 'Waiting Experience' tab, select 'Waiting Video' as your preferred waiting experience.

3. Click save. You now have the Tonic Virtual Waiting Room Video enabled.  


For Enterprise accounts, please reach out to your Coviu Account Manager to get this enabled. Similarly, for Healthdirect accounts, please contact your Healthdirect Video Call account manager for activation of the App.
