You (a medical professional using Coviu Assist) understand that Coviu Assist is a cloud-based software provided by Coviu Global Pty Ltd (ACN 608 925 060), using third party software located in a closed system server within Australia for transcription services and to create a draft file note based on the transcript. Coviu Assist uses artificial intelligence (AI). By using Coviu Assist, you acknowledge and agree that AI is a rapidly developing field of study, and that each of the third parties are constantly working to improve its use of AI to provide us with more accurate, reliable and beneficial results in relation to Coviu Assist.

You further acknowledge and agree that in some circumstances, Coviu Assist may produce information that may be inaccurate, irrelevant or incomplete. 

By using the Coviu Assist, you agree that:

                      • the information produced by Coviu Assist should not at any time replace human oversight or review to confirm any information; 

                      • you will evaluate any information produced by the Coviu Assist before you accept or rely on it;

                      • you use Coviu Assist at your own discretion, and on the understanding that AI may provide incomplete, inaccurate or irrelevant information.  

                      • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for, and you release us from liability for, any loss or damage caused or contributed to by, arising from or in connection with your reliance on any information that is produced by Coviu Assist.
