It supports your entire team—from receptionists handling calls to clinicians conducting telehealth appointments—eliminating the need for multiple systems. By centralizing communication, clinics enhance efficiency, improve patient care, and maintain full visibility over every interaction.
How It Works
- To get started with Coviu Phone, head to Configure > Phone Setup in Coviu or contact our team for assistance. If you're on a Clinic or Enterprise plan, our team will handle setup for you, as self-configuration isn’t available for these plans.
- Once set up, your practice will get a dedicated phone number. If you have an existing phone number, we can port it upon request—free of charge.
- You can receive and answer inbound calls to your Coviu phone number, just like any other VoIP system.
- Calls can be answered from within your consultation room or waiting area.
- Outbound calls can be made directly through Coviu's built-in softphone.
- There are no limits on concurrent calls in Coviu, and you can place customers on hold if needed.
- Coviu Phone includes voicemail functionality with customization options to suit your needs.
What Can Coviu Phone Be Used For?
- Managing incoming calls to your reception desk, replacing your existing VoIP system or traditional handset.
- Transferring calls between reception and clinicians.
- Conducting telehealth appointments via phone (eliminating the need for clinicians to use their personal cell phones).
- Providing visibility into all phone and video activity in your practice.
Cost
The standard cost of Coviu phone is:
- $25 per user per month, or
- $250 per user per year
You must have a subscription to Coviu to purchase Coviu Phone.
Note:
- Practices on our Clinic or Enterprise plans with 3+ clinicians are eligible for discounted Coviu Phone pricing, and free Phone access for admin users. Get in touch with our team to learn more.
- Coviu Phone is not currently supported on Coviu's Essentials plan. Get in touch with our team to upgrade.
