Happy Spring!🔅 It's hard to believe the end of the year is nearing and that it's been almost two months since Coviu extended our product offering to be an all-encompassing Virtual Care Engagement Platform.

With recent medicare changes and the explosion of telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic, an unprecedented number of practitioners are looking to take their practice either partially or wholly online and embrace in-built clinical features. In early 2022, Coviu conducted customer interviews to understand the key benefits and challenges for providers and clients of administering Pearson assessments over virtual care.

We hope you have been enjoying exploring our new features across the Coviu platform! In case you missed it, Phone Consultations and Group Telehealth Rooms made their grand entrance to Coviu last month, creating a superior and frictionless virtual care experience 🌟💻📱.

To secure the future of virtual care, policymakers must go a step further, removing limitations on telehealth that impact vulnerable populations. Dr Silvia Pfeiffer discusses policy required to continue the growth of virtual care for the benefit of millions of restricted Australians.

In case you missed it...new features have arrived on Coviu! 🌟💻📱 The overall progress that we have seen in digital health over the last few years is immense and with Coviu achieving over 7 million consultations and MBS items becoming permanent, it really is a testament to how far telehealth has come. From our humble beginnings of 400 consultations a day, we now are proud to support over 10,000 daily consultations with over 90,000 clinicians using Coviu worldwide. Our team has worked hard to innovate and bring to fruition...

It has been another exciting month here at Coviu headquarters. Thanks to you, we have now achieved over 7 million consultations globally via Coviu! This is a testament to how far telehealth has come since the pandemic and how beneficial it continues to be post-pandemic. Whilst the adoption of telehealth continues to grow, it is our mission to continue to be a catalyst for life-changing care anywhere and educate healthcare workers and patients alike about the benefits telehealth can provide. We continue to innovate and are excited to share with you some new features coming to Coviu next month! For now, we dig into some product enhancements and what we've been up to the last few weeks. And, finally from everyone at Coviu, thank you for your continued support!

Coviu uses AWS to support delivery of the Healthdirect Video Call service, facilitating telehealth consultations for thousands of healthcare practitioners and their patients every day. Healthdirect Australia manages the Video Call service and partners with Coviu’s telehealth platform, which runs on AWS and features Amazon Machine Learning, to enhance healthcare consultations through integrated video and clinical tools.

Coviu is taking over Sydney and not just virtually this time 😉!
