We're celebrating Allied Health Professions Day!

Coviu proudly supports thousands of Allied Health Professionals through our video telehealth software, so we are excited to be celebrating Allied Health Professions Day on 14 October 2021!


The first-ever AHP's Day was held on the 15th of October 2018 to appreciate and recognise the extraordinary work of the AHP workforce.

 

Allied health professionals have been working on the frontline in hospitals in Australia’s response to COVID-19 and adapting to new methods of service delivery, specifically video telehealth in primary care. It is without question that allied health professionals have an important role to play in physical and mental recovery for COVID-19 survivors.

We want to use this day to celebrate and thank all allied health professionals for the work they are doing from contributing to COVID-19 recovery and providing ongoing care to the broader community.

We encourage you to join us in supporting AHPs Day 2021 to raise awareness of the allied health sector! You can share pictures on socials, profiles of allied health teams and practitioners, and videos highlighting the work of different professions.
