Get Your Coviu Waiting Area Link

Log in to Coviu and copy your Waiting Area link. This secure link is what patients will use to join their telehealth appointment.

Access Messaging in Zedmed

Log in to Zedmed and navigate to Practice Setup → SMS Configuration. Select Appointment Reminders, Appointment Schedule, or Appointment Confirmation depending on your workflow.

Create or Edit a Message Template

Select the relevant Appointment Type, then click Add Message to create a new template or edit an existing telehealth message.

Add Your Coviu Link

Paste your Coviu Waiting Area link into the SMS Reminder Message field or message body, along with any clinic instructions for patients.

Activate the Message

Select Close to save your changes. Zedmed will automatically send the message to patients according to your booking and reminder settings.
