In Nookal, navigate to Manage → Communication → Appointment Confirmation and create a new confirmation email.

Add Your Coviu Link

Paste your Coviu Room link into the appointment confirmation email content, along with your clinic details and instructions.

Activate the Confirmation

Save your confirmation. Nookal will automatically send the email to patients based on your booking settings.
