Log in to Coviu and copy your Waiting Area link – this is the secure link your patients will use to join their virtual appointment.

Access Gentu SMS Schedules

In Gentu, navigate to Settings → SMS Templates and Schedules → Schedules. This is where you manage appointment confirmations and reminders.

Set Up a New SMS Schedule

Click New SMS Schedule, choose Appointment Reminder or Appointment Confirmation, and name it something clear like Telehealth Reminder.

Select Providers & Appointment Types

Choose the providers who offer telehealth and assign the Telehealth Appointment Type you’ve set up in Gentu.
