Whilst video telehealth is the best possible patient experience when delivering virtual care, we are ecstatic to announce our product offering now includes phone consultations, giving providers a unified approach to telehealth. Plus, now you can have access to all your tools in one place!

Make and Receive Phone Calls

Reap the benefits including:

  • Reach patients who donโ€™t have access to or are resistant to using video telehealth

  • Let your patients call you for appointments and allow your clinic staff to triage calls even if they have to be remote

  • Privacy and security - no need to use your personal phone for business communications 

  • Manage a call centre/hotline where multiple call centre operators can respond to incoming calls using the same line

Our introductory pricing offer is $15/m/account on the Standard and Premium Plans to enable phone calls and receive a dedicated number.

Already on a Coviu Plan?


To enable phone consultations, simply go to the configure section in your Coviu Dashboard, click the Phone Setup tab, fill out the form and click Submit. Your Coviu phone number request will update to Active Request in Progress, which means that your request has now been sent to Coviu. For more information see here.

Dr Silvia Pfeiffer is Coviuโ€™s CEO and Co-founder, driving the global mission of Coviu. With over 20 years of experience building new Web video solutions, she has worked at leading corporations including Google, Mozilla, NICTA and CSIRO. Silvia spun Coviu out of the CSIRO as her second business after founding a Web video analytics company. Silvia has a PhD in computer science, a masters in business management, has published two books on HTML5 video, and one on video consultations for healthcare businesses.
