You also manage payments associated with the Coviu Account which cover for all Authorised Users. You can also make other Authorised Users administrators.

You agree that our responsibilities do not extend to the internal management or administration of the Coviu Account for you.

You must ensure that when accessing the Coviu API Service, any Authorised User observes all of our security, administrative and other reasonable requirements and directions, and complies with these Service Terms as if it were a party to it.

Support

During the Subscription Term, we will provide basic support for the Coviu API Service. You will have access to free self-help resources at https://help.coviu.com/. You will have access to contact support via support@coviu.com and we will reasonably reply as and when appropriate. You can also reach out for support via our chat interface available at https://www.coviu.com/ and we will reply in a timely fashion to reasonable requests.

Training is not included in the Coviu API Service. You may purchase custom Coviu training courses for yourself and your team by contacting support@coviu.com.

These Terms do not entitle you to any serious support for the Platform or the Service, unless you make separate arrangements with Coviu and pay all fees associated with such support (if any). Any such support provided by Coviu shall be subject to the Terms as modified by the associated support agreement.

Fees

The Coviu API Service is offered as a monthly subscription with a pre-payment for a certain number of calls per month. Any number of calls that surpass the included number of calls are being charged in the next month. For the pre-payment amount and per-call cost, check the Website.

At the end of the subscription period, your access to the Coviu API Service will automatically renew for another subscription term equal to your initial subscription term unless you cancel your subscription. The subscription fee will be charged to your Payment Method. Unless you cancel your account at least 24 hours before your monthly billing date, you authorise Coviu Global to charge the next month’s or next year’s subscription fee to your Payment Method.

The subscription fee for the Coviu API Service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Coviu API Service including taxes and any transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on a monthly or annual basis on the calendar day corresponding to the date you registered to use the Coviu API Service. Your payment date may change in certain circumstances, for example if your payment was unsuccessful or delayed for any reason.

You may add users and otherwise increase your use of Coviu API Service by placing a new order via the Coviu Account online. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable order, we will charge you for any increased use at our then-current rates, prorated for the remainder of the then-current subscription term.

Coviu may use a third party payment service provider to process payments due to Coviu and you may be required to agree to additional terms between you and the third party payment service provider in order to pay for and use the Coviu API Service.

If a payment is not successful including due to issues with your Payment Method (for example, expiration of your Payment Method or insufficient funds) and you do not update your Payment Method or cancel your account, Coviu may cancel your account or suspend access to the Coviu API Service until payment has been received. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments owing to Coviu and authorise Coviu to charge any outstanding payments to your updated Payment Method.

Coviu may change the subscription plans for the Coviu API Service from time to time and will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice before the change comes into effect. Coviu may decide to apply new subscription plans only to new users in which case you will be grandfathered on your existing subscription plan. Coviu may – acting reasonably – move you to another subscription plan of their choice.

You may cancel your subscription to use the Coviu API Service at any time – including when you don’t agree with a change to a subscription plan – and your service will be terminated immediately. You can request that your account be terminated via the setting section of your Coviu account or by contacting Coviu at support@coviu.com. If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the Coviu API Service and will not be entitled to a refund.

Additionally to the service fees, we will charge you, and you shall pay, any and all additional costs, fines, or penalties we incur from a governmental or regulatory body or telecommunication provider as a result of your use of the Services.

Free Trial

Your subscription may start with a free trial for a period of one or more weeks (Free Trial Period). Free trials are only open to new subscribers who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Service Terms and may only be claimed once per account. Free trial eligibility is determined by Coviu Global in its sole discretion and Coviu Global reserves the right to limit free trial eligibility to prevent abuse of the free trial offer.

During the Free Trial Period, you will be provided with access to the Coviu API Service.

We will charge the Coviu API Service subscription fee to your Payment Method on the first day after the end of the free trial period (this date will be considered your registration date for the purposes of these Service Terms). Your credit card will then be charged monthly on that date in accordance with the billing cycle for your selected subscription plan.

Session specification

The Coviu API Service is charged based on the number of sessions held per month.

Sessions are created using an API (Application Programming Interface) key that you create within your Coviu API Account. If you share your API key with any person, you (and not Coviu Global) are responsible for any actions that person may take. If you believe that someone has used your API key without your permission, contact us at support@coviu.com.

Sessions have the following restrictions:

  1. A billable session has a minimum of 2 minutes – sessions shorter than 2 minutes are not charged.
  2. The maximum session duration that can be created is 12 hours.

You are solely responsible for all information, data, text, communications, recordings, videos, music, sound, photographs, messages or other materials (“content”) that you or any of Your Product users upload, store, post, publish, display or otherwise transmit or use (hereinafter, “post”) in connection with the Service.
